Reigate Park Church was alive with festive cheer and excitement as the children and young people from Junior Church led a lively and interactive Nativity Service that delighted the congregation.
This year’s service took an imaginative twist as a group of aliens landed in Reigate in search of the true meaning of Christmas. Their journey led them to Reigate Park Church, where they sought the guidance of our Junior Church children. After a humorous misunderstanding that involved kidnapping a man dressed as Father Christmas, the aliens turned to the children to learn about the real leader of Christmas.
Through storytelling of the Nativity story, the children shared the good news of Jesus’ birth in Bethlehem. The service was a vibrant and engaging celebration filled with colourful costumes, energetic performances, and heartfelt messages about the true spirit of Christmas.
The congregation joined in the fun, celebrating alongside the aliens as they discovered that the true leader of Christmas is Jesus. It was a meaningful reminder of the joy, love, and hope that Jesus’ birth brings to the world.
Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this unique and memorable service. It was a wonderful way to come together as a community and celebrate the season with creativity and faith.
